Do you accept designs from third parties?

No, all of our designs are Allen & Fifth originals.

 

How secure is the online store?

This store uses PayPal and Stripe for payments, which both automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
